We have bought and sold 11 properties over the years and along with that dealt with many different real estate agents in that time as most properties were investments. We have never dealt with a more genuine, conscious, positive thinking person as Lani, always without hesitation put us as the property owner first and never at any time did she think of herself and a quick sale just to get the property off the books, (this is exactly what has happened in our dealings with other agents). Due to our property having an asbestos roof the sale did take longer than usual to sell, however the amount that Lani was able to negotiate was way above the valuations 3 other real estate agents gave, all with a negative approach to the propriety. Lani was excellent from day one. Always positive, punctual and very professional. Kept us informed at all times. Never had to chase Lani for feedback or buyer/market updates. Genuinely liked are home and was able to sell our home for the price we required in 3 months.
