Lar’s market knowledge was exceptional! Relocating from Melbourne’s inner suburbs, we were very cautious with our next purchase and she made the effort to learn what was important to us as a family. She steered us into the right direction and away from properties that wouldn’t meet our criteria, as opposed to other agents who just told us what we wanted to hear! She obviously had a great relationship and/or understanding of the vendor as she was able to provide us answers with many questions regarding the property pre and post sale which made us very comfortable when it came to auction day.
