This was a long drawn out process which was not what we were expecting. Lara, Warrick and Dave worked tirelessly to ensure that our property was in everybody's face constantly which was born out by the fact that there were over 40 couples/families thru during home opens and requested inspections. Unfortunately for us there were many newer properties constantly coming on the market at the same time. There was constant communication, phone calls, text messages, weekly and monthly market updates which kept us right up to date with what was going on and at no time did we feel that we were just another property waiting in a list for someone to make an offer. We were offered chances to diversify the way our property was presented in the media which we liked and found that all appointments and meetings were well organized and attended on time every time. The presentation of the agents was also something that impressed us. Both Lara and Warrick arrived at all home opens and meetings impeccably dressed and groomed with gleaming vehicles which made us feel as if we weren't just another task for the day. We would have no hesitation in recommending Team Lara, Warrick and Dave or Geraldton Property Team to any of our family, friends or workmates.
