Her communication, market knowledge and professionalism was 10 out of 10 also negotiating skills to get the best price I was really happy with. Her idea to come up with using Norman my dog was brilliant I’m sure it put peppermint grove beach on the map, and larisa was so professional in it and wasn’t as boring as most videos on Facebook that try to sell a house, also every home open Larisa gave us feedback the same day, I would definitely recommend larisa to sell a house 👍😊

Larisa stands out from other agents because her passion for the area is quiet exceptional. Her communication skills are excellent, always and is happy to talk after hours. She is completely a professional who excels at her job. We are more than happy to recommend Larisa to any prospective seller or purchaser, and would certainly use her in the future, because of her lovely easy going nature.

Larisa was terrific to work with. She has a vast amount of local knowledge and was extremely helpful. She was professional, honest and made the whole process feel seamless. She will certainly get my next listing.

Larisa helped us with the purchase of a home in Peppermint Grove Beach. She was friendly and informative from the first home open. She helped us through putting an offer on and kept us informed and up to date at all times. I really appreciated her excellent communication. As a local herself it felt very personal and not rushed. If I was buying or selling again in this area- I’d use Larisa’d services and I would absolutely recommend her. Thank you Larisa!

I chose Larisa as my agent due to her exceptional local market knowledge and her reputation for honesty and integrity. She did not disappoint. Working with Larisa was an absolute pleasure. She went over and beyond throughout the whole selling process; from following up with interested buyers to presenting offers of which there were three! All of this was conducted in a friendly professional manner. Throughout the selling process, Larisa was incredibly communicative, promptly responding to phone calls, texts and emails, keeping me informed of every development even out of hours. I was impressed with Larisa’s strong negotiation skills, especially as I entered the market during an uncertain period coinciding with the recent changes to the Negative Gearing and Capital Gains Tax legislation. She navigated this all with skill, diplomacy and professionalism and I am very happy with the outcome.

We recently purchased a property in Peppermint Grove Beach where Larisa Tomuli was the seller’s agent, and we could not have asked for a better experience as buyers. From the outset, Larisa was warm, responsive and highly professional. Her communication was excellent throughout the process—clear, timely and informative at every stage. As someone new to buying property in Western Australia, we especially valued Larisa’s knowledge of the local area and the practical guidance she provided. She answered our questions with patience and insight, helped us understand the market, and made the purchase feel straightforward and well supported. Larisa’s professionalism, approachability and genuine care made a real difference to the process. We are very grateful for her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area.

This is the second time we had the pleasure of engaging Larisa to sell our property.
