We had encountered Larissa a few times at open homes before deciding to put our house on the market, and knew straight away that we wouldn’t use anyone else but her. She is so lovely and genuine and this really showed throughout the process of our sale. We had a trying time on the market last year and through it all Larissa never put any pressure on us to do things we didn’t want to do and really did everything she could to try and get it sold. In the end we took it off market and then fast forward a couple of months later, Larissa called with a very qualified buyer and after inspecting our property they bought it!
