Larissa is very thorough and communicates clearly and regularly. She is very friendly in her interactions, and clearly has a detailed knowledge of the local and broader Sydney market. I only dropped a star on negotiation because we only had a few interested parties (so there wasn't too much need for protracted negotiations), but I do feel that she managed to get us to the best position possible given what we wanted to achieve (i.e. speedy sale as well as a reasonable price).
