Displayed a complete lack of communication skills failed to verbally disclose that he negotiated a 5% deposit, charged for keys to be cut after I asked him not to lose the keys as they were the master copy. Failed to provide a marketing invoice until I became quite irate. Promised the world and delivered nothing!!!
