Thoroughly recommend Larry and the team at Belle Property, West Lakes. Selling our family home of many years due to illness and Larry handled our sale with honesty, professionalism and with great efficiency. Many thanks to you all.
Larry's exceptional qualities include his unwavering honesty and integrity, profound knowledge, comprehensive understanding of the local housing market, and meticulous attention to detail. We are extremely happy with Larry's services and highly recommend his services. I would certainly be using Larry in the Future.
Larry is the ultimate professional. His ability to understand clients is exceptional and he builds trust and confidence with his down to earth and honest approach. Larry works hard to get the best outcome for the client and his communication skills are outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Larry or using him again.
Larry Finnis and his team deserve a full 10/10 for their high value performance and professionalism. I have not one regret for choosing Belle Property Management to manage the tenancy and eventually the sale of my unit in Woodville which was very hard to sell. It always felt like I was talking to a good friend or a caring family member and all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered in the most honest, open and frank manner. If there's something that you don't want to hear they will still tell you but it's for your best interest. I would highly recommend Larry, Gianna and their fantastic team at Belle Property and I am so glad that I entrusted them with my property. Thank you so much Larry & Gianna :)

Larry has excellent communication and negotiation skills and is readily available to assist when necessary.
It has been very nice dealing with Larry. He was very understanding of our situation and accommodated our requirements and concerns very well. We have found some difficulty at times getting information about another property we were interested in, but we understand that he was most likely following the sellers instructions and working towards the seller’s best interest. Having said that it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Larry and we would be very happy doing business with him again.
Belle Property is a well trusted company, provides good quality properties and excellent service to its clients.
