Larry was very helpful and clear on the stages after we made our offer. We purchased from overseas so Larry was great at arranging a time for a family member to inspect along with a building inspector. He also provided clear details of stages following the acceptance of the offer up until the settlement date. Larry's team was also successful in finding a short term tenant for the 6 months until we return to live in the property. It was great to work with Larry to secure this property.
