Las helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Agent

We contacted Las from Barry Plant, Taylors Lakes late last year to seek advice about our property and the state of the market in our area. He was very generous with his advice and made obligation free recommendations for preparing our family home for sale. Prior to us signing up, Las proposed a marketing campaign, outlined all associated costs, and we mutually agreed to a price range for our house. We impressed with Las' knowledge and experience as we had been monitoring sales in the area all year. The campaign went according to plan and our house sold in four weeks and the price Las achieved exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend him and his dedicated team.
