I first became aware of Laura through a series of E-Mails, In the 9 months of selling our property she would send 2v Emails a week to me, one being the level of activity & interest in our property and the other being a weekly update of Sales around the Wollindilly area, this was a great tool in watching the trending markets down there and more importantly, I could form my own opinion as to how much ours was really worth compared to others in large area.
After each E-Mail I would send her a little thank you back, After a couple of weeks Laura added to the tail of her E-Mails, wishing me a great weekend, a small gesture, but being a team player with the Salesman, made me think how friendly she was & how good she was at interacting between the three of us and keeping me updated on everything going on market wise throughout the district.
The first real time I saw her in action was the day of our Auction, she arrived early, spoke very well, set up the area so it would welcome perspective bidders, kept me fully informed throughout the whole Auction, and her ability to deal with "difficult" buyers, buyers that were late, buyers that were upset before arriving etc.
Laura to me, was the organizational Tool that made the whole day work, she had been part of the team since it was put on the market, Gathered a lot of knowledge on our property so she could speak with Authority, Along with her organizational skills, her Work ethic on the day, her presentation on the day all totally professional.
I wish Laura the very best for the future, She is the ultimate Proffessional
