Laura is great in what she does and loves what she does. She is patient,welcoming,bubbly, very experienced as she has been doing this for a while and you can see that in her conversations. A lot of agents have so much bad attitude but Laura is not one of them. She was always patient even though i had thousands of questions but she would always answer them politely.
