Laura’s approach and professionalism was outstanding.
Laura was meticulous in her over all approach. Eg, she even used her own bleach to remove some mould that the cleaner had missed to ensure the bathroom was clean before the first group of potential buyers came through. Laura listened carefully to our sale price expectations and her advice on price range was considered and sound. Laura called to provide detailed updates after every inspection. If I was not contactable by phone, she sent through a comprehensive inspection report in writing. I would highly recommend using Laura as your sales agent.
