We were only 2 days away from a long planned overseas trip when we called Laura about the property, e were resigned to hoping it would still be available when we got back. Laura arranged a last minute inspection for us at 2hrs notice, on a Sunday afternoon. We loved the house and put in an offer. Laura confirmed it was accepted on the Monday morning and liased with our solicitors so that contracts were available for signing before we flew out on the Tuesday.
