Reliable and knowledgable

Laura is a well spoken and well presented agent who knows her market well. She gave us a realistic picture of what we could expect from our sale financially and how best to present our house to achieve this aim. Laura even lent us some bits and pieces to make the house look more appealing, pillows and candles etc. Some people said 'Go with someone older and more experienced' but for me it was Laura's freshness and enthusiasm that stood out above the more jaded agents out there. I cannot recommend Laura's services more highly. We sold prior to our second showing and this to me is a clear testimony to her dedication and diligence.
