Laura from Bergelin Manly was fantastic. She organised everything extremely efficiently, such as negotiating with the tenants to move out, recommending an excellent solicitor, getting the apartment decorated and styled, communicating with me at all times during the process, advertising it well and being flexible to change the auction date when the apartment below went up for auction three days before our original planned auction date. And best of all getting a top price, which was $45,000 higher than the identical apartment below. All in all a thoroughly professional job and I'd have no hesitation in recommending Laura and Bergelin Manly to anyone looking to sell their property.
