My most dealing was with Kay. He has been fantastic in updating me every step of the way. Even though the sale price was not to my expectations, overall it was not a bad experience, though the campaign did not offer value for money, especially with the photographer. The photos were pretty average, clutter was left in the pictures and were not removed or photoshopped.
Laura and the team were absolutely outstanding and extremely helpful and very easy to work with. She made the process of buying my first home stress fee and everything went smoothly she is very professional, trustworthy informative throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Laura and the team with all your selling and buying needs. Look forward to working with them again!
I'll keep it brief but I give no stars to Aria and Laura Raneri for overall professionalism and communication skills. This was a huge concern. The agency/Laura made so many errors on almost all of my documents, and documentation when buying a property is extremely important. I had to always correct them as they made typos to my name, my address, and to who one of the receipts was supposed to be assigned to. I also had to ask several times for a receipt to be provided relating to one of the deposits. After having to correct their errors on many occasions, I kindly and assertively asked Laura if the agency can be more mindful of such errors as there had been many to date. Instead of acknowledging this and taking responsibility in any way, Laura wrote that she found me to be 'extremely rude'. I did not appreciate this at all because I was not rude but assertive, and I was not the one in a professional role making countless errors and not taking accountability for these. I found this kind of communication to be extremely unprofessional and extremely immature.
Laura and her team were nothing short of brilliant. They were honest, genuine and attentive to all our calls and questions. They got us as close to our asking price as possible, we are grateful for their efforts and the journey they took us through.
