Why wouldn't you choose Laura Raneri and the team at Richard Matthews? Everyone knows Laura in the area. She sells a multitude of property and it is clear why people opt for having her on their side. She is becoming more well known than all the other agencies in the area. She wants repeat business and it is clear that she gets it. Other agents only care about their profit and not about you, the vendor! Compare the agents - when dealing with agents when looking at property, Laura was always on top. She had all the answers, answered your calls and queries and never spoke badly of her other properties/listings just to make the sale on the property you were interested in. I can't say the same for other agents. They bad mouth other listings of theirs just to sell you what you were interested in at the time. Perhaps you missed out at auction and wanted another one of their properties? This was a big turn off for me and it was conducted by another well known agency in the area. I will never do business with them again. Laura came to the appraisal READY! She did her homework, she brought her evidence and she showed confidence without ego. Alot of younger agents need to learn how to do this. Laura is a people person. She reads them very well and knows how to talk. I will sell all my property with Laura and her team in the future.
