Working with Laura and the team from Richard Mathews was amazing. Laura worked tirelessly day in day out to get my property sold. Her desire to keep her customers happy is her number 1 priority and her social marketing knowledge is above all other competitors. Highly recommend Laura as your agent. Thanks Rami
I cannot speak highly enough of Laura, her knowledge of the area, her thoroughness were top rate. We always felt comfortable and were well informed through every step. I have since been dealing with another real estate and through that experience I now understand how well looked after we were. We achieved a great price, the day before auction. I would not hesitate in recommending Laura.
Simply the best and easiest to deal with she was great with the sale and smooth.
As my first time selling I was nervous, Laura Made the whole process easy and explained everything to me and it was never an issue. Sale and everything in-between went smoothly and the sale price exceeded our expectations. Would 100 % recommend this agent.
Laura and the team were amazing throughout the selling process for my wife and I. She was relentlessly communicating with all prospective buyers to ensure that no stone was left unturned. Information was relevant and precise at all times. Laura and her team are extremely professional and transparent. These are the important qualities that tend to surface only after decisions are made when choosing agents, and from my past experience I know how devastating it can be when you realise that it's not what you signed up for and that it's too late. I've bought and sold many properties in the past and Laura has proven to us her hyper local knowledge, superb sales skillset and high degree of professionalism. The whole process was absolutely smooth and pleasant. Thank you so much Laura for taking on this challenge and delivering a record-shattering result in this area, we absolutely needed this to finish off 2020 on a high note!
After interviewing a few agents, we knew on the spot, Laura Raneri was the one that we wanted to represent us. Laura made us feel comfortable from our very first initial meeting. She has outstanding people skills and we felt like she understood our position and had a great knowledge of the market. She was in contact with us on a daily basis throughout the campaign and she would always touch bases with us after open home inspections. We were particularly impressed with her negotiation skills and ability to keep us informed and provide solid advice through varying situations. Laura’s services did not stop there, she kept in touch with us after selling our property at Auction, and she would give us her expertise advise on purchasing our new home, even though the properties weren’t listed from her company on the market. We would highly recommend Laura Raneri to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you, Laura You're not only an amazing real estate agent but an amazing soul. Imad & Ghenwa
