We bought our house from them 9 years ago and they always kept in touch, so when we decided to sell we couldn't think of anyone better. They advised us to go to auction and it turned out really well. Despite Laura keeping my expectations in check in the weeks leading up to auction she achieved us a price that was almost 6% over my expectation. Couldn't be happier.
