There was a couple of hiccups along the way, each was addressed with mindfulness for every party, and the handover went absolutely to plan.

We only met Laura on the day she sold our house. She told us she could sell it and did so within 30 minutes of showing the ultimate purchaser through the home. Difficulties arose with the purchaser not being able to sell her property and meet the settlement date. However Laura was a calming force and followed through with frequent communications with the purchaser and eventually the sale went through better than expected. Congratulations Laura.
