Six stars. Laura went above and beyond with selling my home. She was so considerate, tried hard to prevent me stressing over my decision to sell. Her suggestion to Style the house was brilliant and the company she suggested did it to perfection, photographer exceptional. Laura told me to ring her whenever I was worried or didn’t understand something, she rang me at every move and more. Laura worked so hard to achieve the result we got I cannt begin to thank her enough. Advertising board was so well done

Great she answered all my questions

Laura was professional, collaborative and very personable. We always felt that Laura was doing her very best for us, thinking 'outside the box' and coming up with new budget-friendly ideas to keep our listing fresh and current.

Laura has been bubbly, friendly and professional. She has a great sense for people and was very driven to achieve a good result for us which she did! The contact with the team was great, Jaqueline and Laura have looked after us and we really appreciate it.

The best real state group I ever approach…

We wanted to sell so shopped around for an agent. We just had to come back to Laura, as we had sold with her before on two occasions and delivered for us both times. Laura and her team made the whole process stress free, relieving any anxiety we had with ease during the sometime difficult selling period of Christmas and New Year. She kept us in the loop at all times, determined to get us the best price. She is always friendly, helpful, honest and displays integrity. Thank you thank you thank you! We would have no hesitation in recommending Laura Strong and her team at Belle Property.

Working with Laura and Montana was utterly impeccable from the get-go. I was informed about every detail of the sale process and Laura managed my tenant vacating in order for us to stage the property to get the best price. I was quoted low $500,000’s originally from another local agent and with Laura’s advice and guidance, we sold for high $500,000’s. I do not live locally so this was vital to understanding everything that was going on, they also had the best communication I have ever experienced - no question was left unanswered or overlooked. They completely exceeded my expectations in all aspects and I could not be happier with my result. Thank you!

Laura was prompt and professional with her replies and worked well with her team.

My experience in dealing with Laura was fantastic! Laura's extensive knowledge of the Property market and her Professional advice along the way created a stress free sales experience. I highly recommend Laura and if you are thinking of selling you should give her a call.

Laura has gone above and beyond my expectations throughout the whole process of selling our home. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable, caring and gifted real estate agent. You're in good hands!

Laura was knowledgeable and responsive to any question or concerns We has. I highly recommend Bell Property, especially Laura and Montana not only for their professionalism, but their attention to detail and personable nature.
