Laura goes above and beyond and gives 110% effort. She is completely dedicated to you, and keeps you informed every step of the way. Her Attention to detail is brilliant and she strives to give you the best outcome and experience. I would happily recommend Laura to anyone.
My experience selling with Laura was made so easy. She takes control from the start to the finish. I was always updated with feed back on the sale and given good advice. She never let a chance go by, communicating with both myself and the buyers to achieve that end result. I have dealt with many R/E agents over the years, Laura excels at her profession! She is outstanding. Thank you Laura. Kind Regards, Sonia Collins.
Laura Strong is agreat agent we are more then happy
We bought our property from Laura and when it was time to sell, we knew exactly which real estate agent we wanted – Laura Strong-Harris. Someone with heart as well as extremely skilled and accomplished at her job. Combine that with Laura’s exceptional level of energy, and you have the most collaborative real estate agent we have ever had the pleasure to work with, not a day went by without some communication from Laura. Thank you so much Laura for selling our home and for being your special self and giving your all!
We knew Laura was the right person to sell our house. She followed through with a fast sale and great result for us.
Laura’s enthusiasm and confidence were clear from the very beginning. Having considered three different agents for sale of our home, Laura was by far the chosen one, and more than met out needs/requirements. The photographer she chose for our imagery was outstanding, as was the signage she organised for outside our home - the latter being by far one of the best and most eye catching we’d seen...anywhere. Despite having other clients to manage, Laura’s devotion to our own cause was first class, and if those other clients she was looking after were/are as well done by as ourselves, then there’ll be a lot of very satisfied vendors saying similar things as ourselves. Thanks so much Laura...seriously no reason at all we’d be going to anyone else...ever.
Laura was great and easy to talk too, great communication and got the price we were wanting! Highly recommended
As a developer we have worked with many people. Laura Strong is one of the hardest working and best local agents we have given a listing. This house in Teralba was a last minute rush when the other agent lost their buyer with only 3 weeks to construction completion. Laura stepped in and got us the sale in short time. We are happy to recommend her services.
Laura is great to deal with. I would recommend to anyone wanting a positive experience to contact laura and the Premier team.
My husband and I cannot thank you enough for your service in finding us a place to call home. We have been buyers and sellers and are beyond great full for all you have done for us. In the mist of drama we had with our bank You we're able to refer us to a mortgage broker whom saved our home. LAURA, you have gone above and beyond with your exceptional service from the start to finish! Thank you! If my husband and I decide to buy or sell again we will definitely be contacting you! Premiere estate should be proud to have you!
Laura was an absolute dream agent for our family—we are so grateful to have found her! Not only did we achieve the top sale price we were hoping for very quickly, the entire process was a joy and we felt incredibly supported by Laura from day one. She went above any beyond every step of the way, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. Laura was especially accommodating of our need to work around a young family, work commitments and preparing for an interstate move—and helped us put our best foot forward with the timing and preparing of the property for sale. You won't regret trusting your sale with Laura, we can't rate her highly enough!
We gave Laura an honest appraisal when she recently sold another property for us and we would find it impossible to change our opinion of her professional attention to our needs then and in our recent sale of Thomas Street Cardiff. Well done again Laura. All the best, Doug and Alyson
