We sought out Laura after receiving fantastic feedback from a family friend that Laura was able to get a great result for when the market was at its peak. We met with Laura and she was enthusiastic right away. Laura began promoting our house off market before we were ready to run a campaign, and was able to obtain an offer (which sadly was lower than we wanted post market, but was as high as the buyer could go). Once we started the campaign Laura, (paired with Phi Dang also from Area Specialist who was also great) flew into gear, providing good feedback and getting buyers through the door. Approaching auction day we had a few interested buyers and all had gone fairly smoothly. On auction day we met with Michael Choi, our auctioneer (who had also been a bit influence in us proceeding with Area Specialist), and I guess we were given a bit of a reality check immediately before the auction that the market had fallen as we had to list our reserve lower than we expected. The auction ran well, but we just didn't get what we were after, although it was still a pretty good result given the market. We definitely recommend Laura and the Area Specialist team, and would use them again if we were to sell again - particularly in the Keysborough / Noble Park areas. Thanks for all your help Laura!

1. Laura's local market knowledge was good. 2. Following our initial discussion and property appraisal, the sale price expectations were $35K below what the property achieved. 3. At all times she conducted herself in a polite and professional manner. 4. At times I felt that feed back following "Open for Inspection" events was lacking. More information regarding number of people who came through the house, made offers or the lack thereof, should have been more frequent and informative. 5. All administrative activities were handled in a competent and hassle free manner.

Laura and Phi did a good job in selling our house in Noble Park. regular inspections and worked hard with the buyers and the service continued even after the sale up to settlement. Promptly actioned and replied to all our requests. The final price was a bit below expectations due to subdued market conditions as a result of investors pulling out. But Laura and team tried their absolute best..
