She took my offer to the vendor on the same day, and happily my offer was accepted. There was no sense of urgency, "quick or you'll miss out", or other pressure tactics. Instead there was an honest discussion about other interest in the property and a request for my best offer. Laura kept me informed of every step in the process, from what I needed to do to secure the sale, facilitating communication between the vendor and myself, and even offered the use of her agency's moving truck for my move, which I have very gratefully accepted.
