Laura is hands down the best agent/consultant/negotiator for your property. My wife and I were on a strict timeline for getting our family home sold. We had gone with the option of buying first before selling and that option only allowed us a timeframe of 3 months to prepare the home for sale and complete settlement in that time frame. Otherwise the finance options would be astronomically high but we believed Laura could make it happen. After interviewing 5 other Real Estate agents, I'm glad that we chose Laura. When we spoke with Laura she shared her expert opinion on how to prepare the home for sale and what strategy would be best for selling the home especially in a quickly developing market where auction clearance rates seemed to be stalling/declining. Her advice for styling and decluttering the home definitely added over $70k in value.
