Laureen's approach was a great fit for us. The property we were selling was outside of our immediate local area, and we had limited flexibility to attend meetings or to meet on site. This meant we could keep up to date and were able to manage the sale quickly and smoothly around our existing commitments and work.

Laureen provided an excellent service to Lois and I as vendors. She was efficient, easy to work with, professional and had good communication skills. It may be integral to a relative, 'walk in walk out' situation, but it would have been good to have had some written down value attributed to the chattels in the purchase price.
