Good Sale price, but unprofessional at settlement.

We chose to sell our house with Laureen after having a pleasant experience when purchasing a property through her. She was able to secure us a decent sale price, although this was ruined due to her unprofessional conduct when there were problems with the settlement. This included, but wasn't limited to her lying directly to us, using emotional blackmail, gaslighting us, and even name-calling when talking to our solicitors. Laureen seems to do well when the house sale/purchase is going smoothly, but struggles to represent her client's best interests if things are not going to plan. We could not find it possible to recommend her, and will not be using her or First National in our future house sales/purchases.
