When I first touched base with Colac to coast, everything was in a shamble. Rental tenet with unpaid rent, squatter in personal home. "Ironically both parties related". I was overseas a lot and was taken advantage of by opportunist vultures. I approached Colac to Coast real estate, Amanda and Lauren assisted immediately! In legally and lawfully evicting the 9-month delinquent tenet. Assisting in assessing damages, assisting with repairs, and taking to VCAT and wining financial reimbursement. Then assisted in gaining reliable tenets who pay on time, and take care of the property. After legally evicting the squatter in the personal home, this house was in worse condition, walls and fixtures damaged, amateur poor childlike painting, rubbish, alcohol cans and animal feces everywhere, they even stole the batteries from the smoke detectors and globes. Lauren was superb even under pressure from aggressive people trespassing while trying to inspect the property. Lauren assisted in picking up the pieces, evaluating the property and making advice on how to regain capital value. Over many months of hard work this was achieved. Lauren helped by organizing gardeners, cleaners and even more. The renovation and "house flip" could not of been the success it was without her. Finally, the sale price was amazing, more than meeting my expectation. the final result amazing, and life changing. This would not and could not of happened without Lauren and the team at Colac to coast. Lauren knew what the possibilities and market was so well, and was correct every step of the way. The house was sold in 4 days! to a private buyer. In rural Victoria. this must have been a record! Lauren has always been enthusiastic and responsive to my requests. When there was damage to a window between offer and settlement it was fixed in a day or two. My ambit bid was accepted so either I offered too much, or Lauren did well to negotiate on my behalf. While there were holdups due to legal matters on the vendor's side, Lauren kept me informed and my dealings with the agency all ran smoothly. She has also been forthcoming with trade contacts and other advice. In all it has been quite an an easy experience.
