She went above and beyond (often late into the evening) as she navigated the endless dramas caused by a strata scheme run by idiots ! Lauren was knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. She was professional (even printing off the necessary paperwork for me when my old brain struggled with signing online 🤣).
