She gave us tips on getting our home ready for sale including referral to a stylist. Lauren had done her research on previous sales in our area and gave us a comprehensive list of recent property sales so that we could get a realistic estimate of what our house was worth. We had regular communication about who was interested in our property. Her strategic selling plan worked in our favour as she was able to negotiate a strong offer for our property.
