We carried out a three year renovation on our beach side property property. 0ur last visit to Sydney was in February 2020, where we met and selected Lauren Garner and James Baker to market our property. It took a further 12 months to complete the renovation. During this time we stayed in regular contact receiving updates on recent sales and the general market. Throughout the preauction period we were regularly kept up to date via text and calls. We particularly appreciated being guided through the auction process and strategy. The house sold at auction.
