The minute you meet Lauren you will feel at ease! She has the unique ability to make you feel like she is a friend whilst at the same time still being the classiest professional. This is why you want her to sell your house! If you feel this way.....imagine how the buyers will feel! Lauren held our hand throughout the entire process. We were always kept informed of what was going on. Due to my husband and I’s odd work hours we were often hard to reach. This didn’t phase Lauren! There were multiple times that she spoke to us late into the night just to keep us in the loop. This went above and beyond in our eyes! Whilst we placed full trust in Lauren and the team, we also felt that our thoughts were listened to and taken onboard. We were never pressured into any decisions.
