Professional and genuine

As the buyers, we didn't expect to have such a positive experience with the sellers' agent but Lauren was great throughout the process. Transparent as to the sellers' position as well as other offers, we felt that we knew where we stood through the bidding/negotiating process and wasn't trying to push through the sale. Very responsive to communications and engaged on a person-to-person level rather than transactional. Overall a pleasure to deal with :-)
