Lauren had so much knowledge from the start, I work in the Home Lending industry, and deal with different agents on a daily basis, It was really important to me that the agent I worked with was upfront and honest around price guides, and not just tell me what I wanted to hear. I had already done extensive research of price guides before meeting with Lauren. She went away after meeting with me and come back with a figure I agreed with, and not a huge over estimate. Lauren had amazing communication through the whole process, I was time poor, and she organized the cleaning/ landscaping and staging for me within a 3 day period, and from then the house was on the market the following week. The property was put online on the Thursdays, Lauren did private showings on the Friday/ sun and Monday and an open house on the Saturday. 4 days from going on the market, the property sold at a street record and $70k above my expected price guide. I would not hesitate to work with Lauren again in the future. Lauren was Honest, outstanding communication and replied/ answered any questions I had quickly and in a professional Manner. Was an outstanding experience and very stress free.
