A pleasure to deal with

I purchased the property through century 21, and I dealt with Katie, But Lauren was extremely helpful then, When i sold, I went directly to Lauren and her local knowledge and approach was fantastic, I was in lock down in Melbourne and could not go to QLD to do a quick clean up, Lauren to her credit organised a handyman to finish off a few tasks, she tidied up the apartment ready for sale,and nothing was too much trouble. I am extremely impressed with Lauren and Katie for being good old fashioned people orientated and preperared to do that little bit extra TOP EFFORT THANK YOU regards Jeff
