I'd happily recommend Lauren & Rayna. They recently sold my property and got a decent price even though the market's bad. We weren't getting much traction due to the amount of properties for sale in the market, but through their market connections were able to find me a buyer in only 2 months, which was great because I'm moving overseas! I left them a set of keys and just made sure I was out of the house for an hour each Saturday. They know the area well, are trustworthy and nice & easy to deal with. In the end they sold my place, with very little fuss, so what more could you need. They were actually the same agents I bought the property from a few years earlier and that process was just as smooth. Having used them on both sides (buyer/seller), I can say they are open and transparent and fair with their negotiations from both ends. Definitely worth having a chat with them if you're in the market to buy or sell.
