Lauren (being a local agent and living in the area herself) was very knowledgeable about the local market, the area and its history and wildlife and very helpful about council and planning contacts to check things like zoning, development and use. Despite us being prospective purchasers and Lauren was agent for the vendors, she was very transparent about likely price range for the property we ended up buying and prospect of a pre-auction offer.

We are familiar with the real estate game, but this was our first rural property and Lauren guided us through the local market, displayed a wealth of knowledge of the region including its community. When we decided to commit to one of her properties she made the purchase process smooth with her excellent communication skills and both parties (buyer and seller) were pleased with the result. So much so, all three parties are still in communication and on very good terms. For a stressful process, Lauren helped make it easier.

Lauren went well beyond our expectations of an agent! Her communications through out the whole process was amazing. We where constantly informed of buyer feedback which made the sale easy. Their was no pressure ever to do anything just well informed information. We where very impressed with Laurens ability to handle a tough negotiation process that lead to an excellent result! We have no hesitation in regarding this intelligent lady to any prospective seller!
