Amongst all the craziness of buying our first home, Lauren was a shining light. Dealing with multiple agencies and auctions throughout 2021 was a harrowing experience but as soon as we met Lauren at the first viewing through to the auction she was nothing but helpful and caring. Lauren was the perfect hype girl on auction day and it was obvious she had not only the sellers best interests in mind but also ours as the winning bidders. Settlement was made so much easier with Lauren as we had a lot going on apart from the purchase and nothing was a big deal or too much to ask of Lauren.
