There were a number of times when Lauren went above and beyond (like offering to drop off food when we had COVID, or to lend us her leaf blower to tidy before an open home), and worked harder than a lot of other agents (running multiple open homes during the week as well as on the weekend). We loved being able to quickly text a question/thought/idea across and always getting a prompt response back. And the fact she donates a portion of every sale to a local charity/organisation was another big plus for us.
