Challenge accepted, with an estimated smaller buyer pool noting its investment nature, our recently sold investment property has long term tenants of which are renting at below market value through a property management agent located on the Gold Coast. In the beginning of the process it was weird as I had to do a lot of effort to talk to the agent. As I found it difficult I went personally to the agency, where no one was available to talk to me and then the front desk girl gave a wrong information about the property I was interested in. Base on that, I decided not proceeding with that property. I just returned to the process many weeks later as another person (not from the agency) gave me the correct information about the property.
