We were exceedingly appreciative of Lauren’s professionalism and guidance in helping to sell our home. We had previously worked with Lauren to sell my parents home, in which she achieved a result, far exceeding our expectations. Lauren in her diligence managed to sell our home prior to auction within 16 days! Lauren and her team including Ryan Fraser were a delight to work with and helped ensure a wonderful result for us. Lauren was fabulous, I chose her as she was the agent that sold my property too me originally. At that point in time she made a lasting impression as a genuine person who was transparent and had good intentions. As my agent whilst selling the property, she was always happy, proactive and honest. She had the best intentions for me and the apartment. And all her support and work resulted in a great sale ❤️

Lauren and her team are flawless. Lauren has sold one of my homes in the past, and having a great experience then, I knew instantly I’d follow her whenever she went. As always, she delivered a strong and structured campaign. She made it her priority to know everything about our home, and about us as home owners to ensure she found us the right buyers. Presenting herself always immaculately, she is a strong, professional experienced woman, who knows exactly what she’s doing at every stage of the process. I honestly couldn’t fault her, or her beautiful team.

Lauren did an excellent job handling the sale of a deceased estate on my behalf. Throughout the process she was professional, approachable and highly responsive, and kept me informed at every stage. What stood out most was her practical and down-to-earth approach. She provided clear advice, focused on achievable outcomes, and supported me to navigate the process - from interstate - with ease. Her market knowledge and attention to detail ensured everything ran smoothly. I would happily recommend Lauren to anyone looking for a capable and trustworthy agent.

Lauren McDonald and her team were simply outstanding in their engagement, responsiveness and planning. They developed a demanding timetable for sale and stuck to it, they were always highly professional, presented the property at its best, provided alternatives for potential issues, and conducted the sale process very successfully with an emphasis on communication and thoughtfulness. I'm very happy to recommend them to potential vendors.

Lauren and Oumaya from Belle Property were extremely professional and conscientious throughout the entire sale campaign for our house. Their communication with us was excellent and we were always kept well informed of potential buyers following every Open House, as well as leading up to, during and following the Auction. Although the house was passed in at Auction, Lauren remained fully confident in achieving a sale price within the price range that we were seeking, which was ultimately achieved shortly after the Auction. We sincerely thank Lauren and Oumaya for their outstanding performance and exceptional commitment to the campaign and sale of our house. We would highly recommend Lauren and Oumaya from Belle Property to anyone considering selling their house.
