Everyone tells you that buying or selling property is stressful. Not with these girls. I won a breakfast voucher on a competition they were running. My husband and I were just staring to talk about selling and buying or renting our house out then buying and thought I’d just go for a coffee and see what they had to say. From the moment I met both Lauren and Juliet I felt comfortable and confident in their knowledge and passion for realestate. Once we got the ball rolling in selling our house they were constantly sending us houses to checkout to buy and feeding us information on what we could do to our home to make it a great sell. They are the only agents I have come across to give styling advice and even loan out decorations, bedding and anything else to tie it all in and make it a beautifuly presented home for the buyers. I didn’t put much value on styling but it makes such a difference and these two have got what it take to take your property to the next level. Of course you have to come to the party and do what you have to do and get your property selling ready but it’s all worth it in the end.
