Lauren has great customer service skills. She is super friendly, not pushy, and genuinely appears to love her job. Lauren was knowledgeable about the area and gave us plenty of time to peruse the property by ourselves which was stress free and enjoyable. Lauren handled the paperwork etc like a pro and the whole experience, although stressful, was easy thanks to her infectious personality and follow up to ensure we were happy with the process.
