Lauren was cheerful and available at all times. Minor hiccups like a broken air con were dealt with impartially and quickly. There were certainly issues but they didn't involve the agent, that part of the process was quite smooth. Not much post-sale follow up, but neither was there any need for it. Overall we would happily work with Lauren again!
