Yes Laurens market knowledge, communication and professionalism is fantastic but what sets Lauren apart was her ability to manage absolutely every aspect of my property whilst performing the sale . Lauren organised quotes and had trades in to repair my fence and other things she felt would help with the sale of my property. As I am interstate and extremely busy with my own companies needs I simply had no time for these details . Lauren personally opened and closed my house every time it was required by myself or trades. This lady regularly checked on my house personally and EVEN organised my lawn mowing and tree trimming during the sale . I am a very hard judge and quiet blunt but to say this Lady is the best agent you could have on your side would be an understatement !!
