If Lauren is not the best agent in Cleveland I trust she is at least one of the best. Buying from Lauren is a process of stress free and full supported experience. She knows what a buyer wants and is well prepared to answer any questions about the property. And we had very nice casual chats as well during the inspections, with brought the relationship closer (which may sometimes be crucial in business). We were experienced and sensible (and conservative) buyers. Initially we set a strict upper bound in our budget for buying. After the failure of the first round negotiation. We felt we won't be able to buy this property as there's still a big gap between our upper limit and seller's expectation. And then we were invited to have a second inspection, in which we met Lauren and her team again. After this inspection we were convinced the property worths us spending a bit more. We would say Lauren's professionalism in this inspection played an important role in retaining us. Then we amended our budget limit, and the second negotiation became successful. We are very thankful to Lauren and her team for the consistent efforts which enabled this deal.
