My husband and I had the pleasure to deal with Lauren Vella from Murdoch Lee Real Estate when buying an investment property in Cherrybrook area. Not like other sales agent, who seems only act on sellers' interest, Lauren has shown her genuine care to purchasers as well. Lauren is a very friendly and patient lady, and always attends to our requests and questions in timely manner. Lauren is very informative as well. She had good knowledge of the property she was promoting, and kept us updated throughout the purchase. Lauren also helped us with sorting out small maintenance issues with the property prior to us leasing it out. Overall, we are very pleased with Lauren's service, and would highly recommend Lauren to anyone who is either looking to sell or buy a property.
