Lauren was a terrible agent. She under quoted the house price to prospective buyers, told prospective buyers to put in low offers and she would "work on " us. She repeatedly tried to convince us to accept low offers and said "her gut told her this was the best we would get", she then tried to pressure us to accept a lower price than we had agreed at the outset . At no time did Lauren make us feel like she was working for us (the buyer). She was looking after her own interests and a quick sale.
