We approached C&Co as they had a strong presence in Hilton and our previous agent had moved interstate. Lauri is a lovely, genuine person - she didn't make extravagant promises and offered helpful advice on the preparation of our old cottage. We weren't upsold anything and Lauri had good recommendations for professionals to help stage the property and the minimum work needing to be done to get it to market.
